How to Use

Preparation:

• Attach the bag to your breast pump if compatible or pour the expressed milk into the bag using a clean container.

Sealing and Labeling:

• Seal the bag securely using the zip lock.


• Label the bag with the date and time of expression.

Storage:

• Place the bag upright in the refrigerator or freezer.


• For freezing, leave some space at the top of the bag to allow for milk expansion.

Thawing and Warming:

• Thaw frozen milk in the refrigerator overnight or by placing the bag in a bowl of lukewarm water.


• Avoid using a microwave or boiling water to warm the milk, as this can destroy valuable nutrients.

Feeding:

• Once warmed, pour the milk into a sterilized feeding bottle.
