  • The sea buckthorn plant originates in the Himalayas. Relatively few plant species are good sources of essential fatty acids, but this oil provides polyunsaturated Omega 7 fatty acids, as well as Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid), Omega 6 (linoleic acid), and Omega 9 (oleic acid).

  • Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA.

  • Suitable For Vegetarians and Vegans


How to use:


  • Take one softgel capsule twice daily, preferably with meals.

  • Do not exceed the stated dose
