How To Use: 

• Subcutaneous injection - usual dose is 1.5 mg per kg per day - duration of treatment is according to doctors' advice. 

Caution & Warnings: 

• Bleeding in case of extra dose and treatment cessation is mandatory here.


• Special care in case of sensitivity to heparin.


• Special care in case of gastric ulcer, endocarditis, high blood pressure, kidney or hepatic impairment.
