The combination Hexamine / Piperazine / Khellin is used to
· Prevent recurrent infections of the urinary tract.
· Prevent kidney stone formation.
· Treat muscle spasm of the urinary tract.
· To ease pain from a urinary tract infection.
Do not take Hexamine / Piperazine / Khellin
· If you’re allergic to the active substances or any other component of this medicine.
· If you have kidney problems.
· If you have severe liver problems.
· If you are taking sulfonamide antibiotics.
Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor about all your medical conditions before taking this medicine including:
· If you have liver problems.
Possible side effects
Stop using this product and seek immediate medical help if you develop rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Side effects include:
· Skin rash
· Stomach pain
· Nausea

· Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking.
· Hexamine / Piperazine / Khellin intercats with sulfonamide antibiotics and should not be taken at the same time.
How to take Hexamine / Piperazine / Khellin
· This medicine is intended for adults.
· Take as indicated by your doctor.
· Mix with half a glass of water and drink.
· Drink 1 sachet 3 times daily.
How to store Hexamine / Piperazine / Khellin
· Store at room temperature 68 to 77°F (20 to 25°C).
· Store in a dry place.
· Keep this medicine out of reach of children.
· Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the package. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month
