How to use:

Wash area to be bleached with soap and cold water. Dry. With the spatula measure about ¼ teaspoon of powder and place on the tray. Clean spatula. Measure about ½ teaspoon of cream. Blend powder and cream well. Apply mixture with spatula covering hair completely. Keep mixture on for about 10 minutes. Remove with spatula. Wash your face with water to remove excess cream.
