How to use:

• Pour 10 ml Lacalut Mouthwash Aktiv in your mouth
• Rinse your mouth with the mouthwash for 30 seconds
• Make sure to move the mouthwash thoroughly through all parts of the mouth, through the gaps of the teeth, and across the gum line
• Spit the mouthwash out after 30 seconds
• Do not rinse your oral cavity with water after use
