How to use:

• To use, place the pads inside your nursing bra or nursing tank with the ultra-soft mesh side against your skin and the Lansinoh heart facing out.
• Make sure the contoured edge is on the bottom.
• Breast pads should be changed often to maintain skin health. A general guideline would be to replace them after each feeding or when saturated.
• Machine wash after every use. For best results, place pads in included wash bag.

Caution & Warnings:

• We recommend washing our Washable Nursing Pads in the provided mesh bag using the gentle/delicate cycle and warm water (40°C/105°F). Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Lay flat to dry.
• The pads should be changed often to maintain skin health; a general guideline would be after each feeding or when saturated.
• Lansinoh Washable Nursing Pads include a non-slip edge to help them stay in place. For the best results, we recommend wearing them inside a nursing bra or nursing tank. Make sure you place the pad in the bra with the contoured edge toward the bottom.
