• Since the early 21st Century there has been a great deal of interest in Montmorency Cherry and a number of reports on its purported health benefits have prompted research into its actions in the human body.


• Burdock is familiar to many of us as an ingredient in the soft drink ‘Dandelion & Burdock’, which has been a popular beverage since Mediaeval times and also has a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine.


• Nettle is a well-known plant seen in many woodlands and Hedgerows.


• It is used in cooking to make Nettle Soups and is available as a herbal tea.


• Nettle also has a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine. It is one of only 9 plants mentioned in Anglo Saxon texts and it is still used today by many medical herbalists.

How to use:

• Take 2 tablets per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
