Are you worried about your baby’s loss of energy and appetite during episodes of diarrhea?

• In most cases, diarrhea is considered as a temporary problem caused by certain infections, food allergies or side effects to medications.
• Although it is a temporary problem, loss of water and valuable electrolytes can be very considerable and your baby can quickly become dehydrated. If not treated promptly, it could also lead to serious problems.
• In general, breastfeeding is allowed as often as your baby wants. But, if you are already bottle feeding, ask your doctor about a special formula designed for babies with diarrhea until their conditions improve.

How to use:

• Clean and sterilize the feeding bottle, the nipple, and all the used materials, in boiled after for 10 minutes.
• Boil good pure water for minutes and let cool down to 40C.
• Pour the needed amount of water into the feeding bottle first.
• Add the correct quantity of Novalac powder, using the measuring spoon enclosed in the tin .
• Close the bottle, shake well until the powder is totally dissolved.
• Let cool to lukewarm temperature 37C – Control the temperature on the inner face of our arm. Feed immediately. Each feeding should be consumed within one hour maximum after its preparation.

Caution & Warnings:

• Do not use after the expiration date indicated under the tin (EXP).
• After opening by 3 weeks.
• Do not add sugar.
• Do not keep the leftovers in the bottle. Throw away the remaining infant formula quantities.
• Do not prepare the bottle in advance but always just before the feeding.
• Close the tin after each use with the plastic lid.
• Store in a dry and cool place, away from light and contamination.
