Product Description:

• Novalac Diarinova is an infant formula with special medical purposes; it substitutes usual artificial milk formulas in case of acute diarrhea from birth to 3 years old.
• Rehydrates: Contains High electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chlore) concentration (within the accepted ranges) with a low osmolarity
• Refeeds: High protein content and Optimal carbohydrates profile (Maltodextrin, Glucose & Fructose) to ensure the optimal nutritional intake for your baby
• Improves stools consistency: Optimal zinc content, to reduce diarrhea's severity & duration, with cream of rice, dietary fibers & lactic bacteria (Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG)
• Pleasant natural apple & banana taste

How to use:

• Always carefully wash your hands and the work surface before preparing a feeding bottle.
• Clean and sterilize the feeding bottle, the teat, and all used materials.
• Boil clean drinking water 5 minutes then leave to cool down to 40°C, or heat clean fresh bottled water with a low mineral content to 40°C.
• Pour the needed amount of water into the feeding bottle.
• Measure the correct quantity of powder into the feeding bottle using only the measuring spoon provided in the tin. Always ensure the scoopfuls are leveled and that the powder is not packed.
• Close the feeding bottle, shake well until the powder is totally dissolved.
• Let formula cool to lukewarm temperature (37°C), test the temperature by shaking a few drops onto the side of your wrist. Feed immediately.

Caution & Warnings:

• Inappropriate preparation and storage of any infant milk may lead to health hazards.
• Best before: refer to the base of this tin.
• Store the closed tin in a dry place away from light and contamination.
• Completely remove the metal foil at first opening.
• Do not prepare the feeding bottle in advance but always just before the feeding. Each feeding should be consumed within 1 hour maximum after its preparation.
• Do not add sugar.
• Do not keep leftover in the bottle; throw away the remaining infant milk quantities.
• Do not use the feeding bottle as a pacifier.
• Close the tin after each use with the plastic lid.
• After opening, use within 3 weeks.
• The product is not to be administered parenterally.
• The product is not suitable for tube feeding.
• Do not use microwave to prepare or warm baby milk.
