How to Use:

• Carob isn’t as rich as chocolate but it’s actually sweeter. When cooking with carob, substitute 1.5 to 2 parts carob powder for every 1 part cocoa powder called for in a recipe. Due to carob powder’s sweetness you may need to decrease the amount of sugar used.
  
• Dairy-Free Hot Carob
  
• 2 cups water
  
• ¼ cup NOW Real Food® Organic Coconut Milk Powder
  
• 1 ½ tbsp. NOW Real Food® Carob Powder
  
• 1 tbsp. NOW Real Food® Organic Monk Fruit 1:1 Sugar Replacement
  
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  

Directions:

• 1) Place all ingredients in small pot on medium heat.
  
• 2) Whisk together until ingredients are combined.
  
• 3) Allow for mixture to reach boil.
  
• 4) Serve warm and enjoy!
