• Take 1 capsule twice per day: morning and afternoon between meals. Do not take with food. This is an ultra-concentrated formula. Never exceed one capsule per serving or the daily recommended dosage. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. For best results use daily for a period of 1-2 months.
