Product Description:

Balancing Toner removes excess oil and impurities while helping to gently restore the skin's natural pH. Naturally derived ingredients like witch hazel minimize the appearance of pores and oily skin. The combination of clinically studied ingredients helps cleanse, soothe, and refresh the skin.

After washing with Foaming Cleanser, pump 2 to 3 pumps of toner onto cotton pad. Smooth across face and neck, avoiding the eyes. Allow to dry before applying additional products. Use morning and evening.
