Product Description:

• Olmesartan/Hydrochlorothiazide tablets are a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

It contains two medications:

• Olmesartan: This belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs). It works by relaxing blood vessels, which lowers blood pressure.


• Hydrochlorothiazide: This is a thiazide diuretic (water pill). It works by removing excess fluid from the body, which also helps lower blood pressure.

Olmesartan/Hydrochlorothiazide is available in three strengths:

• Olmesartan 20mg / Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg


• Olmesartan 40mg / Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg


• Olmesartan 40mg / Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg

How to Use:

• Always follow your doctor's instructions. The dosage and duration of treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and medical condition.


• Take Olmesartan/Hydrochlorothiazide tablets exactly as prescribed. Swallow the tablets whole with water.


• Take Olmesartan/Hydrochlorothiazide tablets at the same time each day, usually once daily.


• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Warnings and Precautions:

• Olmesartan/Hydrochlorothiazide may cause side effects, such as dizziness, headache, fatigue, and low potassium levels.


• Inform your doctor about all medications you are currently taking, including over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
