How to Use:

• Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, positioning the cuff as directed by the monitor.


• Sit in a quiet place with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor.


• Relax your arm and avoid talking or moving during the measurement.


• Press the start button and the monitor will automatically inflate the cuff, take your blood pressure, and deflate the cuff.


• Your blood pressure reading, irregular heartbeat detection (if applicable), and body movement detection (if applicable) will be displayed on the screen.


• You can store your reading in the monitor's memory or transmit it to the OMRON Connect app via Bluetooth.
