Product Description

• Panadol Period Pain Tablets are specifically formulated to relieve menstrual cramps and associated discomfort.

Each tablet combines two active ingredients:

• Paracetamol (500mg): A widely used pain reliever and fever reducer.


• Caffeine (65mg): Enhances the pain-relieving effect of paracetamol and helps combat fatigue often linked with period pain.


• This combination provides up to 37% more powerful pain relief compared to standard paracetamol tablets.

How to Use:

• Adults and children aged 16 years and over: Take 2 tablets with water every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.


• Children aged 12 to 15 years: Take 1 tablet with water every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.


• Children under 12 years: Not recommended.


• Always swallow the tablets whole with water and do not exceed the stated dose.

Warnings and Precautions

• Avoid exceeding the recommended dose: Overdosage can lead to serious liver damage.


• Do not take with other paracetamol-containing products: Concurrent use increases the risk of overdose.

Consult your doctor before using it if you have:

Liver or kidney disease, including alcoholic liver disease.

Glutathione-depleted states, as it may increase the risk of metabolic acidosis.

• Limit caffeine intake: Avoid excessive consumption of caffeine-containing drinks like coffee and tea while taking this medication, as high caffeine intake can cause difficulty sleeping, shaking, and an uncomfortable feeling in the chest.


• Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Not recommended due to potential risks associated with caffeine consumption.


• Storage: Store below 25°C and keep out of reach of children.
