How to use:

• Using the guidelines, trim to size with sharp scissors.
• Place in footwear printed side down.
• The lines are meant as a guide only. We suggest cutting larger than your shoe size initially, and then trim down to the correct size.
• Care: We made sure our Lambswool Insoles are machine washable at low temperatures but make sure you dry them on a flat surface and do not tumble dry.
• Do not leave on radiators.
