How to use:

• Charge the device fully before using it for the first time.


• Wrap the head massager around your head and secure it with the Velcro.


• Press the power button on the controller to turn it on.


• Press the mode button to choose from three massage modes: P1, P2, and P3.


• Press the heat button to choose from two heat levels: L and H.


• Enjoy the massage for up to 20 minutes. The device will automatically shut off after 20 minutes.


• To turn off the device manually, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.


• Unwrap the head massager and store it in a cool and dry place.
