• Charge the device fully before using it for the first time.
• Wrap the leg massager around your calves or ankles and secure it with the Velcro.
• Press the power button on the controller to turn it on.
• Press the mode button to choose from three massage modes: P1, P2, and P3.
• Press the intensity button to choose from three massage intensities: L, M, and H.
• Enjoy the massage for up to 20 minutes. The device will automatically shut off after 20 minutes.
• To turn off the device manually, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
• Unwrap the leg massager and store it in a cool and dry place.
