How to use:

1. Apply your shade of Scandaleyes Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer to the upper lash line, gliding lightly across from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.
2. Using fingers, lightly blend over the line to smoke eyeliner upwards and outwards.
3. Retrace eyeliner over the upper lash line to add definition to this smokey look. Then, add mascara to finish.
