How to Use:

Prepare:

• Sit comfortably with your back supported and legs uncrossed.


• Rest your arm on a flat surface at heart level.


• Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, leaving a small gap between the cuff and your clothing.


• Position the cuff so the artery marker is aligned with the middle of your brachial artery (on the inner side of your elbow).

Take a Measurement:

• Ensure you are relaxed and avoid talking or moving during the measurement.


• Press the start button. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff, take the measurement, and then deflate.


• The systolic pressure (upper value), diastolic pressure (lower value), and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.

Review Results:

• Consult the user manual for information on interpreting your blood pressure readings.


• The monitor may also indicate if you have a potential irregular heartbeat.


• Store your readings in the memory function for future reference (if applicable to your specific Z1 model).
