How to Use:

• Step 1: Add all your nutritious soft fruit to your shaker bottle & close the lid on tight.


• Step 2: Shake your shaker bottle for 20 seconds until it is puree like


• Step 3: Next, add your protein powder and water & shake for a further 10 seconds


• Step 4: Finally, enjoy!
