How to Use:

• Add your protein powder, creatine, or supplement of choice.


• Secure the lid tightly, ensuring the spout guard is in place to prevent leaks.


• Shake vigorously until your mixture is fully blended.


• Open the spout to drink directly from the shaker, or pour the contents into another container as needed.
