Product Description:
Siler Orodispersible film is used for:
- Erectile dysfunction, Pulmonary arterial hypertension
How To Use:
- May be taken with or without food.
- Always use this medicine exactly according to doctor's instructions.
Oral Erectile dysfunction Adult:
- 50 mg about 1 hr before sexual intercourse.
- May adjust dose depending on penile response.
Max:
- 100 mg/dose and not to be taken > once in 24 hr.
- Elderly: >65 yr: Lower initial dose at 25 mg.
Hepatic impairment:
- Initially, 25 mg. Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension 20 mg 3 times daily, administered 4-6 hours apart

- Before you use Siler, tell your doctor of your medical and health history including the following:
- Bleeding disorder
- Blood circulation problems
- Cancer of blood cells (leukemia)
- Cancer of white blood cells (multiple myeloma)
- Chest pain (angina)
- Deformed penis shape
- Diabetes
- Eye disease
- Have had blockage of veins in the lungs (PVOD)
- Heart failure
- High blood pressure
- High cholesterol
- History of heart surgery
- Kidney or liver disease
- Low blood pressure
- Palpitation
- Recently have had dehydration
- Red blood cells disorder (sickle cell anemia)
- Rigid state of the penis that lasts for more than 4 hours during sexual excitement (priapism)
- Severe vision loss
- Stomach ulcers
- Stroke
