How to use:

• Cleanse and dry the heel.


• Remove booties from the packaging. Cut open below the seal line on each bootie.


• Make sure to open the inner fabric bootie and place the feet inside.


• Wear for 90-120 minutes. For best results, wear 120 minutes. (Do not exceed 120 minutes)


• Remove booties and wash feet thoroughly.


• Dead skin will naturally peel off in 7-10 days.


• To be used only once every six weeks.


• Use immediately after opening and for one application only.
