Studies indicate Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) may help fuel the brain and body— particularly for those following a ketogenic, low-carb lifestyle. Our MCT Oil provides a full spectrum blend of energy-dense MCTs including Caprylic Acid (C8), Capric Acid (C10) & Lauric Acid (C12) to provide well-rounded support especially for those in a state of ketosis.

Suggested use

Adults begin by using 1 tablespoon (15 mL) daily, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
