• Spray surfaces and wipe over with a clean damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn stains and grease, spray and leave for 2 minutes before wiping. Rinse food contact surfaces after use. For a streak-free shine, buff surface with a microfibre cloth. To kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria, allow product to remain in contact with surfaces for 5 minutes before wiping away.

• Rinse food preparation surfaces thoroughly after use to avoid tainting.
