Now is Nahdi’s fastest delivery option, offering eligible pharmacy items delivered within approximately 30 minutes.

◉ Now service availability

The Now service availability depends on operational conditions, including:
- The Guest’s location
- Availability of Now service slots at the time of placing the order

Now service may not be available for:
- Orders placed during times when no delivery slots are available
- Situations impacted by operational delays such as high demand, technical issues, or weather conditions

◉ Now service fee

The Now service fee is based on the total order value:

- For orders of 150 SAR or more, the Now service fee is 16 SAR including VAT

- For orders under 150 SAR, the Now service fee is 4 SAR, and an additional 12 SAR applies for Express service, all including VAT

All fees are clearly displayed during checkout.

◉ Accepted payment methods

Now service is available exclusively for prepaid orders made through online payment methods at checkout. Cash on delivery (COD) is not supported for this service.

◉ Order confirmation and processing

The 30-minute delivery timer begins once the order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed.

Due to rapid fulfillment, orders using the Now service cannot be modified or canceled after placement.

◉ Late delivery case

If the order arrives after 45 minutes (we include a 15-minute tolerance window), the Guest will be able to request a refund equal to the paid Now service fee, issued as a coupon in the Nuhdeek wallet.

To request a refund:
- The Guest can only request a refund after the order is delivered
- The Guest must use the refund button in the app within 48 hours starting from delivery

Refund amounts:
- 16 SAR for orders of 150 SAR or more
- 4 SAR for orders under 150 SAR

Coupon details:
- Valid for use for 30 days from issuance
- Can be used once for online purchases via Nahdi website or app

◉ Refund request

- The Guest must request the refund within 48 hours of delivery by clicking the refund button that appears in the app
- Refunds cannot be requested after 48 hours
- After requesting, the Guest will receive the refund coupon in Nuhdeek wallet within 1 hour
- If there is any issue with requesting the refund, please contact our Guest Care Center for assistance

◉ Refund limitations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Delivery is completed within the allowed 45-minute (30 minutes delivery time + 15 minutes tolerance window)
- The order was canceled or rescheduled
- The Guest was unavailable to receive the order
- The refund was not requested through the app within 48 hours of delivery

◉ Guest responsibilities

The Guest must:
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact details
- Be available to receive the order at the provided location and time

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in canceled orders and disqualification from receiving a refund.

◉ Misuse disclaimer

Deliberate misuse of the service—such as intentionally refusing to receive an order to trigger a refund—will result in ineligibility for that refund.
